Description

Medical Tattoo: The knee is a complex joint that relies on several ligaments to maintain stability and function. These ligaments connect the bones of the knee and control its movement. The main ligaments of the knee include: 1. Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL): Location: Runs diagonally across the center of the knee, from the anterior (front) part of the tibia to the posterior (back) part of the femur. Function: Prevents the tibia from sliding too far forward relative to the femur and provides stability during activities that involve pivoting or sudden changes in direction. 2. Posterior Cruciate Ligament (PCL): Location: Runs diagonally across the knee, from the posterior (back) part of the tibia to the anterior (front) part of the femur. Function: Prevents the tibia from sliding too far backward relative to the femur and helps stabilize the knee during activities that involve backward movement. 3. Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL): Location: Runs along the inner (medial) side of the knee, connecting the femur to the tibia. Function: Provides stability and prevents excessive sideways movement of the knee, particularly preventing it from bending inward (valgus stress). 4. Lateral Collateral Ligament (LCL): Location: Runs along the outer (lateral) side of the knee, connecting the femur to the fibula. Function: Provides stability and prevents excessive sideways movement of the knee, particularly preventing it from bending outward (varus stress). 5. Patellar Ligament: Location: Extends from the patella (kneecap) to the tibial tuberosity on the anterior aspect of the tibia. Function: Helps in the extension of the knee and is part of the quadriceps muscle group, contributing to the movement and stabilization of the knee. 6. Menisci: Although not ligaments, the medial and lateral menisci are important structures in the knee. Location: Crescent-shaped cartilage pads located between the femur and tibia. Function: Act as shock absorbers, reduce friction, and improve the fit between the femur and tibia, helping to stabilize and cushion the knee joint.

Safety: Absolutely! Our tattoos are safe and non-toxic for individuals of all ages. We use skin-friendly, FDA-certified cosmetic-grade inks. All our tattoos comply with safety standards for cosmetic and toy products set by the U.S., Canada, and the European Union.

Duration of Tattoo: Our temporary tattoos typically last between 3 to 5 days, depending on the size and placement of the tattoo. For optimal application, ensure your skin is dry and free from oil, lotion, and makeup. Choose a smooth, hair-free area that doesn't crease or stretch with movement. Once applied, our tattoos are waterproof and will remain intact even in the shower or pool.

Removal of Tattoos: You can easily remove our tattoos using common household items like eye makeup remover, soap, baby oil, or rubbing alcohol.

Applying: Applying our temporary tattoos is quick and simple; all you need is a wet tissue. Ensure your skin is clean, dry, and free from lotion, oils, and makeup. First, remove the clear protective top sheet. Then, press the tattoo firmly onto your skin with the design facing down. Hold a wet cloth against the back of the tattoo, pressing down to thoroughly wet the paper. After 30-45 seconds, carefully peel off the paper backing.
