Facial nerves
Medical Tattoo: The facial nerve, also known as the seventh cranial nerve (CN VII), is a mixed nerve that controls muscles of facial expression, conveys taste sensations from the anterior two-thirds of the tongue, and provides some autonomic functions to the salivary and lacrimal (tear) glands. Key functions of the facial nerve include: Motor Control: Innervates the muscles responsible for facial expressions, such as smiling, frowning, and blinking. Taste Sensation: Transmits taste information from the anterior two-thirds of the tongue. Autonomic Functions: Supplies parasympathetic fibers to the salivary and lacrimal glands, helping with saliva and tear production. Sensory: Provides a small area of sensation around the ear. Damage to the facial nerve can result in facial paralysis or weakness on one side of the face, a condition known as Bell's palsy, among other symptoms.
Safety: Absolutely! Our tattoos are safe and non-toxic for individuals of all ages. We use skin-friendly, FDA-certified cosmetic-grade inks. All our tattoos comply with safety standards for cosmetic and toy products set by the U.S., Canada, and the European Union.
Duration of Tattoo: Our temporary tattoos typically last between 3 to 5 days, depending on the size and placement of the tattoo. For optimal application, ensure your skin is dry and free from oil, lotion, and makeup. Choose a smooth, hair-free area that doesn't crease or stretch with movement. Once applied, our tattoos are waterproof and will remain intact even in the shower or pool.
Removal of Tattoos: You can easily remove our tattoos using common household items like eye makeup remover, soap, baby oil, or rubbing alcohol.
Applying: Applying our temporary tattoos is quick and simple; all you need is a wet tissue. Ensure your skin is clean, dry, and free from lotion, oils, and makeup. First, remove the clear protective top sheet. Then, press the tattoo firmly onto your skin with the design facing down. Hold a wet cloth against the back of the tattoo, pressing down to thoroughly wet the paper. After 30-45 seconds, carefully peel off the paper backing.
